Finvacon at CWIEME Berlin 2019
Fourth year in a row that Finvacon is participating to CWIEME Berlin as an exhibitor. We offer Scandinavian premium quality components for transformers out of transformer wood, pressboard and metal. You will find us at Hall 4.2 stand F11. Last year was extra successful for us as we won two CWIEME Global awards for our model of sustainability. Come and discuss with us why.
We have launched our new website
We have built our new website with you in mind. We have lacked an international view to our business, but with the new website it has now become reality.
Along with the new website we launched .com domain. The idea here is to offer a simplified view to our main product area, transformer components. The fact is that Finvacon is offering its products and services to three different geographical areas. Our .fi website will also be renewed during spring 2019 focusing on domestic market in Finland and .fi/laundry even more locally in Vaasa/Finland.
Finvacon.com can hopefully offer an interactive user experience, allowing our customers, partners, prospects, colleagues and suppliers easily to find information they are looking for. We know that we have a challenging task in front of us. We have to be able to produce regularly more interesting and useful information e.g. in the form of news, blog posts and product updates.

Since the establishment of the company 80 years ago, the company of J. Schneider Elektrotechnik has become with innovations and growth to one of the leading suppliers of industrial power supplies in the worldwide markets including transformers, Service-Center electrical Drives and HV/UPS systems.

The company employs over 50 people with different kinds disabilities and wants to spread its operative model to the other parts of the globe.
We take a lot of pride in our sustainability performance and strive to become better every day. Finvacon does not only fulfil the J. Schneider standards for sustainability but it also delivers world class insulation components for our oil-immersed transformers.

Finvacon’s annual calendar out now
Sometimes sustainability projects can be very funny. We had this wonderful co-operation with Vaasa Christian School. We ordered children’s drawings from the school. Then we set up an exhibition on the walls of Finvacon. Our personnel had a chance to give their opinion about these masterpieces and thus 15 pictures were chosen to our annual calendar. We are going to send the calendar to our customers, but we donated 150 copies to the school, too. The school is going to use the calendars for fundraising.
We want to thank the students of Vaasa Christian School for these wonderful pieces of art in the calendar. We are very proud of the world-famous Finnish elementary school and happy to be able to be a tiny part in their success. If you did not get your own copy yet, you can purchase calendars by contacting henrik.vahakangas@vaasankristillinenkoulu.fi. We will donate them as many calendars as needed.
