Transformer Components
Scandinavian premium quality components for transformer out of transformer wood, pressboard, and metal. Our team has professional competence and knowledge regarding manufacturing and raw materials.
Composite parts (Duct barrier spacing, plates)
Oil passage, cooling. Used in connection to stacking the core. Resistant to high temperatures and pressures.
Core sticks
Form filling. Used to maintain the form of presspaper/shield cylinders.
Rib/wedge plates
Oil passage, cooling.
Core/wood step blocks
Supports the upper and lower part of the core.
Duct barrier/ Corrugated rib spacing, Ladder ducts
Oil passage, cooling.
Strips and spacers
Oil passage, cooling. Corners rounded to minimize conductivity.
Pressboard rings
Insulation between layers of windings.
Shield/static/equipotential rings and cylinders
In case of a short circuit, directs the current to the desired place to minimize damage.
Core screens, Electrostatic shields
In case of disturbance or a short circuit, directs the current to the desired place to minimize damage.
Wooden and pressboard riders
Support/bridge that helps to put winding to the right level.
Spacer ring
Oil passage, cooling. Can be delivered with or without blocks. Used between layers to separate and insulate windings. Can be made out of wood or pressboard.
Fillings tapered end rings
Supports the coil ends.
Complete insulation packages (KITs)
Kits are produced upon customer requests of wooden, pressboard, composite and metal components.

Insulation for stud and yoke bolts. We can also implement insulation with traditional crepe paper technique.
Stud/yoke bolts
Clamps the active parts. Rolled and turned stud bolts and machined metal parts for transformers with all possible surface treatments.

Electric Motor Components
Machining solution for electric motor’s different parts such as terminal box, stator frame, end shield. We have in-depth knowledge of working with various materials such as stainless steel, cast iron, aluminium, and technical plastics.

We prepare small- and medium-sized entities for industrial usage by assembling parts for easier installation and assembly.
Earthing cables and cable connections
We manufacture earthing cables by cutting them in the right sizes, attaching cable shoes, and covering the cable jacket if needed. We also assemble terminal blocks according to the customer’s requests.
Installation kits
We prepare kits from different parts, pack them into bags or other packages depending on the customer’s needs. When required, we are also able to label each bag or package.
Programming
We program terminals using the customer’s programming system or programming by hand.
Pricing and packing services
We can handle large quantities of products for packing and pricing. The products can be packed into various sorts and sizes of packages. We also offer services for changing or attaching price labels and other types of product labels.

We have specialist knowledge for manufacturing stud screws in various sizes.
Welding
Our machine park includes both MIG and TIG welders, and we work with steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. We also do spot welding.
CNC turning and milling
Our 3- and 4-axis milling machines can work with sizes up to 1020 x 550 x 550 mm, while our turning machines can handle sizes up to 380 mm in diameter and 700 mm in length.
