Finvacon’s commitment to sustainability, inclusion, and innovation has helped us to develop a unique ‘Sustainability Model’ that not only drives our business but also sets a benchmark for social sustainability in the energy industry. Our slogan “we believe in better work” reflects well thoughts about work and society around us. As a trusted partner to internationally renowned companies, we view sustainability as a key competitive advantage for us.
Quality and Environmental Sustainability
We strive to minimize the environmental impact of our operations by reducing energy consumption and opting for renewable energy sources. Our facilities are designed to maximize energy efficiency, utilizing LED lighting and natural light to reduce our carbon footprint.
Additionally, we implement regular monitoring systems to track and improve the environmental impact of our production processes, ensuring that we manage chemicals and waste in an environmentally sound manner.
We are an active part of a bigger collaboration that is jointly working to achieve a net-zero, greener, energy-efficient future and we are actively contributing to multiple United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Contribution to SDG 7: Affordable and Clean Energy
Our components are integral to wind and solar energy systems, directly supporting green energy generation and contributing to the reduction of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions (7.2 and 7. a.).
Contribution to SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth
As evident by our ‘Social Responsibility Model’, we actively hire people with mental and physical challenges, ensuring that all employees have equal opportunities for meaningful work and equal wages (8.5).
Contribution to SDG 9: Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure
We continually upgrade our infrastructure and retrofit our production processes to enhance efficient resource-use (9.4).
Contribution to SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities
We focus on recruiting individuals from various racial, cultural, and national backgrounds, including those affected by conflicts. This approach helps to reduce inequalities (10.2).
Contribution to SDG 12: Responsible Consumption and Production
We strive to minimize the environmental impact of our operations by opting for renewable energy sources and recycling waste (12.4 and 12.5).

By working with responsible energy customers and partners we significantly contribute to increasing the share of renewable energy in the global energy mix and climate action.
We monitor our operations and their development regularly using multiple quality indicators and environmental research. Furthermore, we continuously improve our operations based on knowledge provided by our monitoring systems. We keep our personnel and stakeholders informed about the objectives of our operations and their results in all our productions, continuously observing legal obligations and regulations as well as environmental requirements.
